Who?

hi! i’m kiki, a 28+ year old ( she / her ) making things for the rpc. right now i’m just testing the waters, but i’d love for this to become a steady source income to support myself and my pupper while i figure my life out!

What?

a place mainly for commissions but will perhaps also occasionally host resources for the rpc as a whole. currently only accepting commissions from my mutuals on klaeus + referrals, but this is subject to change at any time.

Reaching out.

if we are mutuals on klaeus, discord will be the best bet! if you are a referral and we are not mutuals, ims will be the go to!

Quick Facts.

while i operate on a first come first serve basis, if there are long lulls between messages, i will reach out to the next person in the queue and whomever responds quicker and more consistently will get priority. if my commission slots are full, you’re still welcome to submit a form, and you will be added to my waitlist and then to my current projects the moment i finish one of them and a slot opens up.

i currently only accept payments through ko-fi, but this may change over time. i will update this and make a post about it if that time comes. all prices are in USD.

credit is mandatory for everything! i put hard work into what i make, please respect that and credit me properly for all used resources, including resources i post for the public and things i make just for you. for promos, please credit me directly in the post, as this helps get my brand out there. everything else, a simple credit in your rules or somewhere else clearly visible will do just fine.

What I Make.

• graphics of all sorts, including promos, icons, pinned posts, banners, headers, carrd graphics, graphics for themes.
• psds (i am relatively new to making my own and am learning, so please be kind).
• base icons.
• carrd templates.
• manips *
• playlist covers *

* will be selective with what i'll work with and price will vary greatly.

What I Don't.

• gif packs and gif icons (subject to change if i get better internet and can download resources in a reasonable amount of time + get a better computer that can handle making lots of gifs. i will update this accordingly and make a post about it).
• theme codes, google docs.
• anything heavily sexual.

i will tentatively work with manga / anime characters, as i'd be new to that genre.

Payment.

payment is accepted through ko-fi, and i require at least half of the total due when ordering, and the rest when the order has been completed.

Process.

i will update my pinned post with your order the moment i see it, and then when it's time for me to start on your stuff, i will message you asap to confirm everything.i will message you the moment i begin working on your order, and will keep you up to date on what i'm making, including sending you watermarked previews and asking for your input. i will always start with making any required psd, getting your approval on that, and then going from there.please have a pinterest i can reference, as this will assure me i’m making something you’ll like. i can also certainly wing it based on your answers in the form, but having something i can work with will make things much easier on my end and get you your order much faster.once the order is complete, i will send you a watermarked preview - when i’ve received the full payment, you will receive your order without a watermark. you may also pay everything upfront if you wish, that is up to you.after the payment is received, your order is all complete! yay! i keep everything on my google drive and on an external hard drive, so if you ever lose anything or need something remade, you can always reach out and i'll have it for you!

Timing.

how much time it takes me to make something can vary quite a bit, depending on how busy i am / if i’m struggling with the order. i rarely take more than a week once starting the order, however. also, i don't make stuff on saturdays and sundays without a rush job fee (10% of the total amount due)!

Psds.

i am not comfortable using another creator’s psd without explicit and written permission for me personally to use it in a commission (or it’s your own psd). if presented with written permission, i will still reach out with the creator myself to confirm they're okay with it; this is simply for my own peace of mind. i’m happy to do my best to make something similar, but the chances of me being successful at that will vary. i would heavily prefer to work with you to make something just for you! if i’ve posted public psds by the time you commission me, using one of those would also be just fine. i will give you the finished psd if you pay for it, and you are free to use it for whatever you'd like as long as you credit me. otherwise i will keep it with everything else i’ve made for you in case you need me to make you new things using it.everything is made in photoshop cc, so please be aware that you may have issues opening psds from me in older versions.

Cancelling.

you are free to cancel any time before i message you letting you know i’ve started your order, no hard feelings. if for some reason i need to cancel an order, i will let you know and immediately refund any amount paid.

Discount Codes.

Each discount code works once per person. If you use a promo code on a purchase, you can't use the SAME promo code on your next purchase.referral codes. Every person who commissions me will get their own code which they are free to hand out to their friends. For every friend that orders a commission (following through to payment), that referral code use will earn the referring party 10% off their next commission. This is not useable by the same referred person twice, however if you give your code to 3 friends and all of them buy while giving your code, then the discount stacks for your next order. Discounts can stack up to 50% off.

Adjustments.

small tweaks ( adjusting text, swapping / removing textures, adjusting colors ) are completely free. major tweaks ( new faceclaim, new psd, new images ) will be $3 per tweak.

Pricing.

all prices are subject to change based on resource availability; if your fandom / character has very limited resources, please expect me to charge more. prices are in USD, and can be negotiated a bit to fit a tight budget.

Refunds.

i am unlikely to accept refund requests given that i will keep you constantly updated on what i’m making and will seek your approval before finalizing the order. but in the occurrence of a refund being needed, refund requests are accepted up to 24 hours after i've started working on the order. once the 24 hour window has passed, i will no longer provide refunds.

Ghosting.

if i message you or send you an example and hear nothing for two weeks, i will consider the commission dropped. if i have already made something for you to review, i will keep the half you paid as compensation for the time i spent making it, even if the commission is dropped. if i haven’t made you anything yet, i will refund the money paid.

Repurposing.

please do not use anything i make for you to get a paid commission from another creator; this includes any psds, borders, templates, etc. at least not without asking my okay first.

Icons.

will come pre-sharpened. for an added $3, i can make a custom psd to go with them!

custom borders start at $2, and can go up to $5 depending on how complex they are. can also be designed and purchased separately instead of with a batch of icons.

default pack comes with 10 banners, but can vary by what you want. typically includes: answered ask, dash games, ooc, starter call, plotting call, headcanons, updates, post break, announcements, shipping call.

Promos.

all promos will include gifs, unless not wanted - static promos can be made upon request, and with a discount.
